Discovered by talent scouts from a local radio station when she was a
teenager attending a Performing Arts High School, Marie-Pierre found her
voice(s) at the microphone. Honing her acting skills on stage and in front of
the camera in both her native French and English, she performed in
productions in Canada, New York City and London. After completing a
BFA in Theater and a BFA in French Literature at the University of Ottawa
(Canada), she graduated from acting programs at the Stella Adler Studio of
Acting in New York and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.
Marie-Pierre’s voice has been featured in films, television and radio
commercials, as well as sports broadcasts. She has enjoyed voicing a
multitude of projects, from robots to toys, to video games, audiobooks
and household appliances and now also augmented and virtual reality
apps. Her voice has traveled on airplanes, flight simulators and ships and
to world-renowned art institutions like New York City’s Museum of Modern
Art and the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C.
When she isn’t expressing her creativity through her vocal instrument,
Marie-Pierre can be found developing her visual language skills behind the
camera.
